Here is my entry for Feathered Friends "Bird In Black" Contest Entry, Round 13
What a great coincidence. I just happened to be out shooting some Raven/Crows yesterday, pulled the pictures off today and getting ready to post when I saw the "Bird in Black" contest.
Thanks to @beatminister for pointing out this looks more like Raven than Crow (edits to document)!
So, here is my entry, and some additional Raven/Crow In Flight pics.
These guys seem to frequent the Shopping Malls and Grocery store parking lots here more than I see them in the wild. I suppose lots of goodies left out for them. Makes for some easy photo opportunities since they are not as shy as the wild crows.
Here he is cropped in a bit. I just love the cropping ability this high-res camera provides.
And, as luck would have it, was able to catch a few decent shots in flight as well.
