Owl hiding in the Conifer

Owls are fascinating birds and I really love to see them but since they are mostly active only during the night it is very hard to spot them during the day and take some pictures. A friend of mine knew a place where we could find an owl and we payed the owl a visit. We were lucky and could take several pictures of it before it got too dark and we had to leave this place. Owls are fascinating animals and finding and watching them is something I really like. I can count them to the bird species that I like the most, they fly in absolute silence and don't make any noise during their flights for prey.
