Curlew at the lake shore

Curlews are probably one of my favorite birds, because I like their beaks and their friendly way of living. I have met them at several places here in Austria, at the Inn River and at Lake Neusiedler as well as at the Welser Heide. There are only a few places left where they can be found, but I like to visit these places because there are usually also a lot of other beautiful birds where curlews rest. During Winter they rest at african and european coastlines, sometimes they can even be found here in Austria at the Inn River.
