The Temminck stint is a bird that passes middle europe during bird migration and I had the luck that I found it looking for food at a lake shore here in Upper Austria a little more than a month ago. I was waiting patiently on the lake shore and could take some nice picture of it looking for food in the mudd. I think it is a very beautiful bird and you might already know that I have a special favor for waders since you can get very close with enough patience because they are so busy with looking for insects. I remember I already showed you some of this pictures back in september, but I was looking through some pictures that might make it to some new posters in my flat and one of these is probably also one of the favorites to print this year.
