Hello all you bird watchers out there in this crazy place we call #hive land. Our friend @nelinoeva is at it again with another round of the Show me a Photo Contest
Now this week's challenge is called birds IN black.
As you can see, my heron has a shock of black hair feathers covering his crown. Looks like he's also sporting a little pony bird tail with a few nice long ones.
With a closer look you have to admit he has a cool cut. His cap is black as night.
After a little fluffing, he showed his black tuxedo that was covered by his beard and cloak.
Those attention grabbing gold eyes, with black rims and black pupils keep you watching. He's so handsome.
His dad dropped by sporting the black tuxedo but his crown had thinned showing a bald spot. But he still maintained some black fuzz on the sides.
With great pride, Dad watched is son fly off to meet his date.
