When I read about ADHD, I immediately associate it with the Ringed Plover (Charadrius hiaticula). It is a small bird that will not stand still and is constantly running around somewhere. I usually photograph it at sunrise, lying on wet sand, covered with a masking net. However, it is not the photos that give me the greatest joy, but the observation itself and the way they look for the insects, crustaceans, and worms they feed on.
