Love your Feathered Friends contest theme for this round @nelinoeva, as capturing the odd unusual shot of a bird is such a surprising thrill and a giggle when you actually score. Rarity is the word that comes to my mind.
My entry photo surprised me when I first saw it even though truth be told I was chasing this one seagull to get it moving. My scaring tactics worked as it kept flying up and away for a short distance only to come down again. I am sure this frightened seagull considered me one crazy human stalker that afternoon given the harried screeching look on his face. I must admit I have not captured an action open beak photo before.
