ENGLISH VERSION

Trees are the home of birds, it is the place where many of them can feed and where they can go to rest, some of them, high up in their branches, away from the reach of predators.

Some get into holes within the stem of trees that they can make themselves, to create their young, or make nests among their branches.

In this photo you can see a FLAG MACAW, which perches on a branch of a dead tree, as if it were posing, which is located in the CARICUAO ZOO.

These macaws are very loved by Venezuelans, since they adorn with their bright colors which are the same as those presented by our national flag, yellow, blue and red. They can be found in the capital itself by strolling freely throughout the capital.

As I explained in a previous post, macaws are monogamous and usually form a couple for life, and they are usually always close to each other, always flying together, and when they have their young, the two take care of them with a lot of love.

In the image above you can see how this couple of macaws express love to each other, that love that is the dream of many and that should be the example to follow.

VERSION EN ESPAÑOL

Los arboles es el hogar de las aves, es el sitio en donde se pueden alimentar muchas de ellas y en donde pueden ir a descansar, algunas, en lo alto de sus ramas, lejos del alcance de los depredadores.

Algunas se meten en hoyos dentro del tallo de los arboles que ellas mismas pueden hacer, para allí crear a sus crías, o hacer nidos entre sus ramas.

En esta foto se ve a una GUACAMAYA BANDERA, que se posa en una rama de un árbol muerto, como si estuviera posando, la cual se encuentra en el ZOOLOGICO CARICUAO.

Estas guacamayas son muy queridas por los venezolanos, ya que adornan con sus vivos colores los cuales son los mismos que presenta nuestra bandera nacional, el amarillo, azul y rojo. Se pueden encontrar en la misma capital paseando libremente en toda la capital.

tal como lo explique en un post anterior, las guacamayas son monógamos y suelen formar una pareja de por vida, y suelen estar siempre cerca el uno del otro, volando juntos siempre, y al momento de tener a sus crías, los dos la cuidan con mucho amor.

En la imagen anterior se puede apreciar como esta pareja de guacamayas, se expresan amor entre si, ese amor que es el sueño de muchos y que debe ser el ejemplo a seguir.
