Many people say eating healthy diet is hard especially when they still young and some come from a poor family. If they come from the poor family , they have no choice to eat what they have and can afford. They eat food to continue live. While the other choose to eat delicious food than healthy food. But if you can afford it , healthy food is also delicious food . There is a lot info , tips from professional to eat delicious food made of healthy food. All you have to is search via internet , instagram etc .

Getting regular exercise is important. But it not easy. When we want to do the exercise , our body always choose to be comfort . Sleep or Netflix is one of the comfort choice. Exercise will become naturally easy if you start little by little. Giving a good healthy life to our body bit by bit will make our body craving for it. When our body feel better and good, we ll not realize that we ll change our habit and getting regular exercise.

Not smoking is a little bit hard if you is a smoker. Smoking will give bad effect to our heart , and the second smoker. If you try to stop smoking , dont rush . Take your time and making progress try to cut smoking bit by bit. And if you not a smoker , dont even try to start smoking.

Staying at a healthy weight is our body natural measurement for being health. A good body weight tend to have a good health. Overweight or underweight is sometimes tell us that we need to check our body . Never take things for granted . Even though we have a good body weight , but it ll not make your healthy , but it do reduce the the health problem in our body .

A good amount of alcohol is good for body. It ll trigger a body hormone and even make our body functioning better. But too much alcohol will make our body out of control. By limiting the alcohol , it good to longer our lifespan in good way.
