Hivefest Sunday | A slow start after an awesome day of talks

While the weather was being more Dutch than ever on the Sunday of Hivefest, this is also the day where there is no program during the day and people are a bit on their own and choosing activities bij themselves.

The general gist of everyone feels a bit slow and at the Volkshotel, laptops are taken out for some work here and there but also because it isn't really appealing to explore the city at the moment due to the pouring misery out of the sky

And this also the perfect moment to think about Hivefest yesterday and everything that came around with it.

Since we are always doing something with music in our house, there was a later part of the day regarding music that I was really intrigued about.

Not many people understand how everything around it works (including me!) but getting a modular synthesizer to produce something which is actually nice to listen to is a skill on itself.

Did you hear that a lot of samples from Hive users voices were actually integrated in the music?? I heard myself in there!

And not only it was enjoyable to listen to the combo of @tdctunes and @jux is fun because they are both really nice people. That is cool thing about Hivefest, seeing the faces of everyone who just enjoyes working on the same kind of things but in a different form.

Speaking of @jux and @risingstargame ..it was cool to see the amount of energy and passion he is putting in the game and trying to get it working self sustainable.

Indeed this is the challenge all p2e games are in and openly speaking about this is always a good thing

And uhhh...Raves?? Yes please!

Another talk which really grabbed me was the talk of @arcange about Hiveauth which seems like a super easy and safe way to log in and use Hive on the daily.

No filling in email adresses, no filling in keys..I'm enthousiastic and super siked to try this as this could be one of the solutions for the issues a lot of rookie users always have. Complicated logins and because of this weak security aka easy preys for scams.

And last but not least. I was extremely intrigued by the very much inspiring talk of @brianoflondon talking about the integration of lightning in Hive and Podping and fetching notifications out of the jungle of data.

As said, these are cases that people will actually want to use and can bring so much to the chain. But all of this complicated stuff was brought in understandable chunks of information, so kudos for that

Sorry for the blurry face dude, not sure if being anon is a thing or not?

So all in all, it was a good day with loads of talks. And the after events?

That is for a different time and a different place. Hive, I was impressed again!
