In other words, 1 out of every 4 inhabitants of the Central American nation uses Bitcoin or plans to use it.
The Salvadoran government has invested resources in educating the population on the use of the Chivo wallet. In addition to an advertising video, a house-to-house campaign was started to teach people how to download the software and learn how to use it.
