This edition is very special, because it deals with the theme of Patriotic Pride, and this is a feeling that always touches us closely, since we must be grateful for the goodness of the country where we were born, and there are even people who, although they were not born in a certain country, feel part of it and love it as their own.
For those of you who do not know the origin of the name Venezuela, I will tell you a little about it. There are two versions; one indicates that the Italian explorer Amerigo Vespucci compared the stilt houses on Lake Maracaibo with the houses on the water in Venice, and that is why he called the discovered territory Venezuela or Little Venice. The other version of a more autochthonous overtone indicates that in these lands there was a large flat stone that the natives called Veneciuela.
On this subject, today I bring you the song La Pequeña Venecia (Little Venice), which precisely describes a dream place ideal to make a life together with the people we love, to make a family, a place to live a full life, surrounded by a magnificent nature and noble people.

Esta edición es muy especial, pues aborda la temática de Orgullo Patrio, y este es un sentimiento que siempre nos toca de cerca, ya que debemos ser agradecidos por las bondades de la patria que nos vio nacer, e incluso hay personas que, aunque no nacieron en determinado país, se sienten parte de él y lo aman como propio.
Les comento un poco a los que no conozcan el origen del nombre de Venezuela. Hay dos versiones a saber; una indica que el explorador italiano Américo Vespucio comparó los palafitos del lago de Maracaibo con las casas sobre el agua en Venecia, y por eso llamó al territorio descubierto Venezuela o Pequeña Venecia. La otra versión de un tinte más autóctono indica que en estas tierras había una piedra grande llana a la que los aborígenes llamaban Veneciuela.
A propósito de esta temática, hoy les traigo la canción La Pequeña Venecia, que precisamente describe un lugar de ensueño ideal para hacer una vida junto a las personas amadas, hacer una familia, un lugar para vivir una vida plena, rodeados de una magnífica naturaleza y gente noble.
