Hive Open Mic Week #190 // But For Your Grace Cover By mamab

It's a beautiful season and the last week in the month of November. How is the year moving? I believe not that bad because God is still on the throne. I am mamab bringing to you my entry for the week. The theme is so timely and fit for the season we are in, only "grace" keeps us moving at all times. I want to specially acknowledge the community's recent spotlight artist @stefanovah for the beautiful choice.

This week I will be performing the cover of "But for your grace" by Women of faith. These group of women are known for their Spirit filled, soul lifted songs and harmonious voice in ministrations. The song is a deep expression of gratitude over the faithfulness of God despite all our flaws. Christ overlooked our filthiness and came for our salvation. He didn't allow us to sheepishly take ourselves to the slaughter house, He stood in the gap for us and opened our blindness to view His marvelous light. Thank you Jesus.

All right friends, are you ready to sing along with me today? The lyrics is right below:šŸ‘‡

But for Your grace I could not be saved
But for Your grace I would go my way
I'm forever grateful
That You have been faithful to me, Lord
For Your amazing grace
Amazing grace, how sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now I'm found
Was blind but now I see

But for Your grace I could not be saved
But for Your grace I would go my way
I'm forever grateful
That You have been faithful to me, Lord
For Your amazing grace
For Your amazing grace
For Your amazing grace
