Hello hivers, another moment of hive open mic is here again and it's the last day for this week's presentation. I am @mamab and I'm so glad I made it on this week's edition with the theme: "cinema". All thanks to the community's recent spotlight artist @mairene1 for choosing this beautiful theme and for allowing us to sing songs from the movies of our choice.
It wasn't so easy for me to pick a song because there are so many songs on movies that I didn't give attention to learn them fully. At last I was able to settle for an old school gospel medley from the play "I don't want to do wrong" written by Tyler Perry. He is such a genius who writes both movies, plays and their sound tracks.
The song was performed live on stage by some power house singers led by Palmer E. Williams and Patrice Lovely. With their incredible voices, charisma and skills, they sang with the whole of their hearts.
I chose the songs because they are medley of victorious tunes and they carry a praise spirit. In the first song, the devil is outrightly told to get behind because victory and joy is mine.
The second song expresses the friendship of God to me.
