When I saw the theme for the week, I saw more of a challenge. I have always wanted to write a song about love and the love of my life and how love has felt from my experience.

I have had beautiful moments that almost drive me to tears whenever I think about them. But I am alone now, and I always feel that's how the story always ends as adults...we always end up alone...

But it depends where you start the story from. One might even say we always end up with people...the right ones.

The song

The first two verses are a plea and begin the song. I chose to start it with a familiar chord but I wanted to use it differently so I chose to use the C7th chord and play it on key G where I could run downscale to a sad Major...Dmaj acting as the 5th.

The art
