Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe professionally known as Ayra Starr, is a young Nigerian singer, songwriter and a model. Many Ayra Starr songs have become very popular and trending online with a great number of streaming and downloads which "Bloody Samaritan" is one among others.
According to Ayra Starr, "Bloody Samaritan" is a metaphor for artful concern for others. She revealed that she is unapologetic and self-assertive and it something people of her age often struggle to be. "Na my pastor says I be my healer, everything I desire I go receive", she was corroborating herself as the controller of her own fate.
So in this song, I see myself as my own healer and my destiny helper, so no one can kill my vibes because of the love and confidence I have in myself.
