Que proceso hemos pasado para lograr esos cambios. Estamos en el lugar que deseamos estar y eso nos puede ayudar a curarnos. Más o menos con la mente sobre nuestros hombros y logrando caminar sobre nuestros propios pasos. Se me hace difícil escoger donde vivir porque mi corazón se encuentra dividido entre dos espacios distantes entre si. ¿Dónde quieres vivir? Quiero vivir donde cause la menor molestia posible. Donde mis manos puedan aportar trabajo. Siempre voy a querer estar en mi casa donde vi crecer a mis hijos, pero también he aprendido que llega un momento que nuestras fuerzas ya no son las mismas y debemos dejarnos guiar por nuestros hijos. No podemos ser tan testarudos y quedarnos solos. He visto muchos vecinos mayores completamente solos debido a la circunstancia política y social de Venezuela, no quieren abandonar sus casas. Sé que es muy duro hacerlo. Son los que ahora a esta edad nos enseñan y nos guían, aunque todavía tenemos algunos datos importantes que podemos aportar de vez en cuando. Yo siempre estoy agradecida por la vida que he tenido, no me puedo quejar de todo el aprendizaje que he tenido, de los tres hijos maravillosos que me dieron pocos dolores de cabeza y se graduaron para sus mejores logros. Porque todo lo que logran es para ellos simplemente. Quiero seguir trabajando hasta que las fuerzas me den, quiero seguir escribiendo mis letras hasta que mis manos puedan teclear y mi mente pueda pensar en compartir lo que siento. Estoy en mi mejor momento, en el momento en que quiero hacer de todo lo pendiente, de experimentar cosas nuevas sin poner en peligro mi vida. No quiero nada peligroso. Les aseguro que saltar en paracaídas no está entre mis planes todavía. ¿Que si estoy sana? No lo estoy totalmente, tengo mis achaques que de vez en cuando vienen a recordarme que estoy viva y debo cuidarme. He superado algunos problemas de salud que desmejoraban mi vida, uno que no me dejaba respirar con facilidad y otro que me bajaba la hemoglobina. Dos operaciones necesarias y en diferentes fechas que me hicieron mejorar notablemente. Eso se llama recuperar la salud. Aunque tengo la seguridad que las caminatas que me daba poniendo la mente que que el tumor que tenía no era maligno. De hecho al momento de la operación se había reducido notablemente. De hecho estaba seco. Como lo que yo pensaba y rezaba mientras iba caminando para bajar de peso, lo imaginaba seco. Y así mismo fue para sorpresa de la doctora. Ella se extraño bastante de verlo tan reducido. Le dije que así me lo imagine. ¿Estas curado? De esos males pasados si, totalmente recuperada. Ahora solo debo cuidarme del polvo y esos elementos para mi altamente alérgicos. Ahora aprendí siempre a colocarme tapa bocas si voy a estar cerca de la limpieza en mi hogar. Mi sobrina contrato a una señora para la limpieza de mi hogar y así mantenerme alejada de estos elementos que me me complican la salud. Vivía enferma antes del control médico. Cada cuerpo es diferente y especial, tiene formas únicas de sanar, a veces no necesita medicinas para hacerlo, pero cuando los males sobrepasan los limites emocionales enfermamos y necesitamos ayuda. Poner nuestra mente en positivo ayuda muchísimo a sanar. I have overcome some health problems that made my life worse, one that didn't let me breathe easily and another that lowered my hemoglobin. Two necessary operations and on different dates that made me improve significantly. That's called getting healthy.
