I mean you know these things, you see them all the time in those movies.
A pack of hunters are sent out to get a package, a bounty is on that package's head and each one desperately needs the bounty, they will get it at all cost.
In such worlds, no one feels safe, there is heightened mutual distrust, backstabbing, betrayal, no one is truly loyal to anyone.
In my country Poverty is at its extreme, so much so that no one knows what binds us. It is a nation of bounty hunters.
No one cares.
No-one, except the "fools" speaks of loyalty or true service to the nation. And there are so little a number of fools.
The fools are the TRUE PATRIOTS.
Everyone else is strategic, strategic with the nation's resources, with friendships, with love.... Everyone else just wants to survive.
Chaos prevails, Strife is rife, death calls to anyone who stands in the way of what is wrong... Wrong doing is right and right is wrong.
I am scared for my nation, for the day when all the debt collectors will come calling for all the loans the greedy leaders have taken to satisfy their insatiable pockets.
I weep for the day when all would have been collected.
When there would be nothing left to collect. I see war raging, I see honour lost, I see loyalty sold two-a--penny.
Nigeria is a BOUNTY PACKAGE and I fear for what happens when the Package is hunted down and nothing is left.
Don't come here seeking honour, loyalty, truth, for you will barely find it,
If you do find it, it would be minced, except that which the uninitiated, the fools have kept safe, tucked in their hearts for the love of a nation sinking, in the hope that salvation comes.
Don't come hoping to Command Loyalty in the deepest Abyss of Lawlessness: It is like Seeking Honour Amongst Thieves.
THIS IS THAT ABYSS.
