Hola mi hermosa comunidad, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un proceso de ansiedad que estoy viviendo, todo esto a causa de tantos años luchando con una enfermedad cuyo diagnóstico aún desconozco, y es que la incertidumbre te hace presa y a veces los pensamientos de lo que podría ser me dejan sin aliento y sin energía. Trato de no preocuparme por lo que aun no se o lo que aun no ha pasado , pero sinceramente tener incertidumbre por cuatro años es algo que desgasta emocionalmente y lo queramos o no pues también afecta a nivel psicológico y esto es lo que esta pasando con mi padecimiento , ya no solo se trata de mis síntomas por la enfermedad, si no que ahora de nuevo estoy experimentando , sentimientos y emociones de ansiedad. >Hello my beautiful community, today I want to share with you a process of anxiety that I am living, all this because of so many years struggling with a disease whose diagnosis is still unknown, and is that uncertainty makes you prey and sometimes the thoughts of what could be leave me breathless and without energy. I try not to worry about what I still do not know or what has not yet happened, but honestly having uncertainty for four years is something that wears you down emotionally and whether we want it or not it also affects the psychological level and this is what is happening with my condition, it is not only about my symptoms due to the disease, but now I am experiencing again, feelings and emotions of anxiety.

Además de todo esto he estado experimentando nuevamente falta de aire, y comienzo a hiperventilar , cosa que ya había superado hace mucho y que pensé que ya había pasado la página pero de nuevo esta ahí presente , latente esperando el momento más indicado para atacar , también he notado que esto sucede cada vez que algo me asusta o siento que una situación amenazante está frente a mí, y el miedo es tan grande que empiezo a sentir falta de aire y es cuando tengo que parar porque siento que no puedo respirar más y que me voy a ahogar . en una ocasión hasta me desmaye, pues no sabía que eso era ansiedad, pero ahora que lo sé trato de controlarme con respiraciones diafragmáticas. >In addition to all this I have been experiencing shortness of breath again, and I start to hyperventilate, something that I had already overcome long ago and I thought I had already turned the page but again it is there again, latent waiting for the right time to attack, I have also noticed that this happens every time something scares me or I feel that a threatening situation is in front of me, and the fear is so great that I start to feel shortness of breath and that is when I have to stop because I feel I can not breathe more and I'm going to drown. On one occasion I even fainted, because I didn't know that this was anxiety, but now that I know I try to control myself with diaphragmatic breathing.

Hace días tuve una participación para la comunidad de la Maternidad, y era algo sencillo lo que tenía que decir , pues era un tema que dominaba bastante , era una participación de 15 minutos y les puedo decir que en muchos momentos me faltó el aire y sentí dificultad para respirar, fue ahí donde me di cuenta que el miedo es igual a la falta de aire para mí, y he de confesar que el tapabocas ha empeorado la situación de mi ansiedad al 1000% , hasta podría decir que es el detonante numero 1 , y es que casi no lo soporto , por eso evitaba salir de casa siempre y bueno debo confesar que de por sí, mi respiración nunca ha sido la mejor porque desde pequeña he tenido una fosa nasal tapada completamente por una pelota que no sabemos que es , que supuestamente había que hacerle biopsia para saber si se podía retirar , entonces nunca he respirado por la nariz, en una ocasión me vio una foniatra y me dijo que yo no sabia respirar y que por eso me ahogaba , lo que ella desconocía era mi problema de la nariz , y es que en mucho de los casos si hablo , no respiro y así he pasado largos años de mi vida. >Days ago I had a participation for the community of motherhood, and it was something simple what I had to say, because it was a topic that dominated quite a lot, was a participation of 15 minutes and I can tell you that in many moments I was short of breath and felt difficulty breathing, that's where I realized that fear is equal to the lack of air for me, and I must confess that the mask has worsened the situation of my anxiety to 1000%, I could even say that is the trigger number 1, and I almost can not stand it , that's why I always avoided going out of the house and well I must confess that my breathing has never been the best because since I was a child I have had a completely blocked nostril by a ball that we do not know what it is, which supposedly had to be biopsied to see if it could be removed, So I have never breathed through my nose, on one occasion a speech therapist saw me and told me that I did not know how to breathe and that's why I was choking, what she did not know was my nose problem, and in many cases if I speak, I do not breathe and so I have spent long years of my life.

Usar el tapaboca para mi fue un gran reto, ya que no tolero nada en la cara, recuerdo la primera vez que lo use fue terrible y es aquí donde siento autocompasión conmigo misma , porque he pasado por tantas cosas , y me ha tocado adaptarme a un tapaboca respirando por la boca , y sigo ahí a cuatro años de no saber que tengo , sigo luchando por un mañana mejor por un diagnostico verdadero para poder tratar mi enfermedad. Actualizándolos en lo que tengo , les cuento que me fue muy bien con los probióticos y el colyspan, el reflujo sigue haciendo de las suyas, mas que todo en las mañanas y sigue quemándome el esófago , y el dolor de colon ha mermado bastante , a veces ni siquiera siento dolor, eso es bueno , en cuanto a los dolores articulares y musculares ahí van , a veces me dan fuertes , tanto así que tengo que tomarme algo , y a veces casi ni los siento y los mareos unos días me dan y otros no , otros dias ando atolondrada y otros con bastante cansancio y decaimiento , también les cuento que ya me realice los exámenes que me mando hacer la doctora , los de la tiroides, helicobacter , el coprocultivo y le adicione un ASLO, estoy a la espera de resultado , pero en el laboratorio me dijeron que podía tardar hasta 15 días, al tener los resultados y al ir al reumatólogo les cuento como me fue, ojala mi camino terminara ahí , pero como siempre digo he llevado tan duro que no quiero hacerme falsas esperanzas e ilusiones. >I remember the first time I used it was terrible and it is here where I feel self-pity with myself, because I have gone through so many things, and I have had to adapt to a mouthpiece breathing through my mouth, and I am still there after four years of not knowing what I have, I am still fighting for a better tomorrow for a true diagnosis to be able to treat my disease. >Updating you on what I have, I tell you that I did very well with the probiotics and colyspan, the reflux continues to do its thing, mostly in the mornings and continues to burn my esophagus, and the colon pain has diminished a lot, sometimes I do not even feel pain, that's good, as for joint and muscle pain there they go, sometimes I get strong, so much so that I have to take something, and sometimes I hardly feel them and the dizziness some days I get it and others do not , Other days I feel dizzy and other days I feel very tired and down, I also tell you that I have already done the tests that the doctor ordered me to do, the thyroid, helicobacter, the stool culture and I added an ASLO, I am waiting for the result, But the lab told me that it could take up to 15 days, when I get the results and go to the rheumatologist I will tell you how it went, I wish my journey would end there, but as I always say I have been so hard that I do not want to have false hopes and illusions.

Siguiendo con la falta de aire, les cuento otra lucha que se me ha presentado y que ha sido obstáculo para mi , es el hecho de tener que utilizar transporte público , el solo pensar que me voy a montar en una buseta full de gente donde el aire se ponga pesado , me hace sentir ansiedad, eso es muy malo y me pone triste , pero también es algo nuevo ya que antes no me pasaba eso , a veces me siento tan triste por esas situaciones que me provoca llorar , porque en mi mente aspiro ser normal como todo el mundo , pero no puedo , por los momentos no y de verdad desearía no montarme más nunca en un autobús, pero como dicen la necesidad tiene cara de perro y nosotros no tenemos carro ni nada que se le parezca , así que lo que mejor puedo hacer es ir adaptándome de nuevo a esta situación. Mi esposo dice que mi falta de aire q es porque en el autobús el aire se pone pesado y cuando siento eso y veo los buses cerrados y full de gente es cuando llega el miedo, y les cuento que ya empecé a trabajar en esto, usando una terapia de desensibilización y esto consiste en que a medida que me expongo a la situación que me da miedo, la ansiedad y el miedo que esto genera va desapareciendo y espero que eso sea así. >Continuing with the lack of air, I tell you another struggle that has been presented to me and that has been an obstacle for me, is the fact of having to use public transport, just thinking that I'm going to ride a bus full of people where the air gets heavy, makes me feel anxiety, that is very bad and makes me sad, but it is also something new because before that did not happen to me , Sometimes I feel so sad about these situations that it makes me cry, because in my mind I aspire to be normal like everyone else, but I can't, at the moment I wish I could never ride a bus again, but as they say, necessity has a dog's face and we don't have a car or anything like it, so the best I can do is to adapt myself to this situation. >My husband says that my lack of air is because in the bus the air gets heavy and when I feel that and I see the buses closed and full of people is when the fear comes, and I tell you that I have already started to work on this, using a desensitization therapy and this consists in that as I expose myself to the situation that scares me, the anxiety and fear that this generates disappears and I hope that this is so.

Puedo decir que esta enfermedad que aún no sé qué es, que afecta a mi colon, articulaciones, generando mareos, ha causado muchos estragos, pero poco a poco, ahí vamos, saliendo de esto con muchas fuerzas y sin rendirnos , les cuento que también he pensado en buscar ayuda para la parte psicológica, ya que realmente el encierro y la incertidumbre me han afectado , y como me dijo la doctora es mejor estar medicado y recibir terapia , que andar infeliz, sufriendo y amargado y eso es muy cierto , basándome en sus palabras, es que he decidido buscar un buen terapeuta para que me ayude a manejar los ataques d pánico al salir y al usar el autobús. >I can say that this disease that I still do not know what it is, which affects my colon, joints, generating dizziness, has caused much havoc, but little by little there we go, coming out of this with a lot of strength and without giving up, I tell you that I have also thought about seeking help for the psychological part, as the confinement and uncertainty have really affected me, and as the doctor told me it is better to be medicated and receive therapy, than to be unhappy, suffering and bitter, and that is very true, based on her words, is that I have decided to seek a good therapist to help me manage the panic attacks when going out and using the bus.
