Hi everyone, welcome to my blog and here I m sharing this post on the Medhive community as a cross post as an idea that just refuse to leave my head, how about I share it with my naija folks. Because if most of our health challenges, a lot of us do not take it as seriously as we ought and the truth is if we really want to do it, we will give it our best.

The way Nigerians celebrate valentine is usually very social and mostly ephemeral as to what really needs to be done.
So I m sharing this with you all to increase awareness, not that these things can be done another day, but what else can't be done any other day

Valentine's Day is a day to show your beloved one how much you care. I m showing a better way to do that by encouraging them to prioritize their health?
