SYSTEM OF EDUCATION IN MY COUNTRY:the irony of fish jumping trees and monkeys swimming in the ocean

It baffles me most times in accepting what reality has placed on my table….i look around seeking answers in the very faces of those whom i believe had answers but still all i see is emptiness staring back at me…

then suddenly i heard the voices of Robert Kiyosaki in my head author of “Rich dad Poor dad” a farmiliar line i recall jump out and laid a benchmark in my heart..as i ponder ”Our parent told us to be good kids read our books, study hard in school , make good grades so that when we graduate we’d get good jobs that payed well, get married afterwords have children and then transfer the same doctrine to them….

so you see? we are all caught up in this rat race of going round in circle’s so generation after another roaming around and no one’s thinking outside the box…
our kids continue in the same routine making ourselve servant and slaves to money instead of the other way round so i ask whats the point of going thru college spending years studying after words end up working in someone else’s vineyard

The case is critically worst in my country we’re bent upon our backs to break the norm, but the system is working aversely against us…young boys and girls spent years in collage and universities only for them to come out and realize there are no jobs to begin with…..coming out to meet the future bank and bleak, with no glimpse of hope.

Our so called patrotic leaders are on their verge critiscing the youth calling them lazy, mean while they themselves wallor in dept corruption and mediocrity..

with no support system or anything to hold unto, life in my country becomes a survival of the fittest.

young people do not have any urge or desire to study because the same questions rings in the heart and minds of every young person….”what's the point”?

.....so therefore we breakout in badges and strata looking out for greener pasture and means to better our lives, cause it seems no one cares..whats the point of chasing the paper certificate when deep down you know its useless?

When a popular song broke out it finds it way to the lips and minds of virtually every youth in school…because it seems literally “we have been played”

“Making fishes jump on trees and monkeys swim in ocean……these makes life totally unbearable and complicated for the average populace….so i ask what’s the hope for the next generation”?....

The last time we try to speak up we ended up burying our ourselves in shallow graves…till today nobody says or does anything to that effect …

what will be the outcome when the younger generation get to know about these…… is there a need for school? Cause the truth can’t remain hidden forever.

A popular leader once said the Children of those whom you refuse to care for will in turn make hunt your future days. Sending loved ones to greener pasture and making the ones you left behind to pay for them.

And so i decided on going on and on seeking answers to the very quest that lay before me like a time bomb waiting patiently to explode

the very confine of Education in itself is deteriorating …with outdated facilities and curriculum, poor funding, inadequate, incapacitated policies that in no way aid learning.

“they told us Education is the key to success but after graduation we discovered that they have changed the padlock”.

From the very creche when knowledge began to sink into me i realize i have to study real hard in other to meet up with my parent
standard of having to make it to the top of the class cause this as been the tradition.

And now?....I’ve come to realize i have to go learn a skill, a trade or something to survive if not I’d end up like the very man in the street seated on the bare floor with his legs bent bagging for arms…..
