No ha estado fácil como les comenté porque vivo librando batallas con ello, estuve muchos años inmersa en el sedentarismo que lo volví parte de mi estilo de vida y estuvo bien para mí, me sentía cómoda, solo se afloraban mis temores al momento de comprar ropa, ya que en mi mente continuaba teniendo mi peso ideal y en realidad no era cierto, el enfrentarlo me hacía sentir insegura y me llenaba de profunda tristeza. >Happy day dear readers and friends of this beautiful community, what a pleasure to be here. Responding to the first question **When was the last time you stepped out of your comfort zone and what did you achieve?** I confess that getting out of my comfort zone has not been easy, it is something that has cost me a lot and I am doing it for my health, in fact I am currently in that process and I started exercising after so many years. Puesto a qué me gusta comer de todo y a cualquier hora, amo los dulces y no he podido dejar el pan y sus derivados, por eso les digo que estoy viviendo este proceso. En diciembre decidí cambiar o al menos intentarlo, me hacía los oídos sordos cuando hablaban de mi peso, pero recuerdo que hace unos meses se realizó un operativo médico en mi antiguo trabajo y al pesarnos mi jefe y yo teníamos el mismo peso, él siendo hombre y mucho más alto que yo. >And so the years went by, I have had very drastic ups and downs of weight, 4 pregnancies, unhealthy lifestyle habits, I have no vices such as cigarettes or alcohol, but I accept that I have problems with food. Sabía que no sería fácil, he tenido días difíciles, pero me he mantenido. En enero comencé a retomar el entrenamiento, no estoy haciendo dieta como tal, solo me estoy ejercitando una hora al día y me he sentido muy bien. Mi resistencia cardiovascular ha mejorado mucho, mis músculos se han fortalecido y aunque sé que aún estoy en grado de obesidad por mi baja estatura he logrado bajar 3 kilos desde comencé a entrenar y eso ha sido un logro para mí. >This confronted me, because I understood that I was fat and I didn't want to accept it. **Thanks to Hive** and the morphosis challenge I accepted to change and took the challenge. I knew it would not be easy, I have had difficult days, but I have stuck with it. Muéstranos los pasos, las fotos de tu rutina y explicarlo todo?** >I have many kilos to lose and although my process is slow my body is accepting the change and that makes me happy. I hope soon to be at my ideal weight or at least out of the danger of obesity in which I still find myself, for now I feel I'm doing well. Answering the second question **What is your beauty routine? Soy afortunada en ese sentido, la verdad es que han sido muy pocas las veces en mi vida que me ha salido un granito. Sin embargo, por mi edad ya es momento de comenzar a cuidarme, mi piel blanca no es nada favorable y mis líneas de expresión ya se hacen evidentes, es momento de también comenzar a cuidar mi piel y más porque en mi ciudad el sol es inclementes. >I'll be very honest, I'm 38 years old and I've never had a beauty routine, I've been lucky to have a good complexion, I never suffered from acne or in adolescence, nor when I have my period have I had noticeable pimples on my face. Así que solo me baño, me lavo la cara con jabón común, no aplicó más nada, por lo que ya debo comenzar a cuidarme, ojeras siempre he tenido, mi calendario o reloj biológico está un tanto inestable y se me nota el trasnocho, hoy les muestro mi rostro completamente al natural recién lavado y por lo general me mantengo sin maquillaje. He notado que mis líneas de expresión al rededor de la boca se están haciendo evidentes, lo que ya está encendiendo mis alarmas, aunque sé que para mi edad ya es normal, pero si me toca aprender a tener una rutina de belleza constante. >So on my own I bought a Pond's cream and I apply it some days in the morning, some days in the evenings and many days I really forget.
