The ongoing Olympics reminds me of the time spent in Tokyo. Today I'm introducing to you an Izakaya (kind of informal Japanese bar-restaurant) there. It's called Izakaya 5, located near Omotesandō Station, in the trendy Minami-Aoyama district. Its specialties are fermented food and drinks. The healthy and umami-rich food I tried there boasted subtle and delicate tastes, the service was great, the price was quite Ok in that fancy neighborhood, and I enjoyed the interior and atmosphere. All in all, highly recommended!
最近的奥运会让我想起在东京的一些片段,今天来推荐一家那里不错的居酒屋,位于南青山的表参道地铁站附近,叫发酵居酒屋5。那块地区有很多建筑杰作和设计潮店,非常好逛。暴走了一下午后,偶然路过这家,看到门口的招牌,觉得挺有特色,吃货的直觉告诉我这里的东西不会差,于是决定一试。

这里的特色顾名思义就是主打健康的发酵食物和饮料,比如下面照片里的甲州葡萄酒炖牛肉豆腐和发酵米酒,还点了高丽人参鸡汤、几个鱼类小菜等,味道都很鲜美,虽然清淡却余味悠长。
