Recently my throat is a bit uncomfortable and I may have eaten a lot of spicy and fried food. After finishing some of my drawings this morning, I wanted to have a light lunch. Therefore I cooked a vegetable porridge.
Let me share with you my home-cooked vegetable dish, VEGE PORRIDGE.
The ingredients are very simple and convenient. It is very suitable for busy office workers. Porridge is nutritious and healthy, and easy to digest. Lady who are losing weight can also give it a try! The ingredients are: plain rice, potato, radish, corn, broccoli, ginger slices, and corianders.
First, rinse all vegetables and corianders, and then cut into small pieces. Put the washed plain rice into rice cooker, add 2 bowls of water, and cook for 20 minutes. Then you can add the radish, potato and ginger slices to continue cook for 10 minutes.
Then you can start adding corn and broccoli to cook for 5 minutes, then add a little of salt before it is ready to be served.
After serving, add some vegetarian fried bean curds and corianders to enhance the color of this bowl of porridge. Then add a little sesame oil to increase the aroma, and can enjoy the porridge.
In fact, simple ingredients can also make good vegetarian food. Cooking a bowl of hot vegetables porridge in a busy working day, can be also eat healthier.
The vegetable porridge is delicious, good matching with a deep-fried You Tiao.
