很多朋友说素食不好吃,而且吃不饱。你有什么看法呢?
对我而言,吃素的益处太多了。不止可以保健,容易消化,而且环保,不杀生等等。尤其在这个疫情之下,我们应该多多吃素,利己又利地球,一举两得。
现在让我和大家分享这道家常蔬食,日本豆腐蔬菜冬粉汤。
材料有,日本豆腐,生菜,茄子,素珠油查,辣椒,芫荽。调味品有:味增,酱清,香菇粉,胡椒粉,当然还有冬粉。

Hello everybody!
Some of my friends say that vegetarian food is not tasty and they are not full. What is your opinion?
For me, the benefits of being a vegetarian are too many. It is not only healthy, easy digestion, but also environmentally friendly, non-killing and so on. Especially under this pandemic, we should be more consume vegetarian food, self-beneficial and also good for our planet.
Now let me share with you this home-cooked vegetarian meal, Japanese Tofu Vegetable Vermicelli Soup. The ingredients include Japanese tofu, lettuce, eggplant, fried beancurd, chili, corianders, and vermicelli. The condiments are: miso paste, soy sauce, mushroom powder, and pepper.

首先,把生菜和茄子清洗一下,然后切好。

First, rinse cabbage and brinjai, then cut into small pieces.

水煮沸腾后,就可以放入冬粉,煮5分钟。然后,捞起来放入碗里。

After the water boils, you can put in vermicelli, to cook for 5 mins. And then scoop the vermicelli to put in a bowl.

接着,水煮沸腾后,就可以放入茄子,日本豆腐,加点麻油,香菇粉,煮2分钟。然后,再放入生菜,少许胡椒粉,和盐, 搅拌好,大约2分钟就完成了。

Then can put in brinjai, Japanese tofu, and add a little sesame oil, mushroom powders, to cook for 2 minutes. Then put in cabbage, and add in a little of salts, peppers, stirring well for 2 minutes, then it is ready to be served.

上菜后,加点芫荽和素珠油查,点缀一下的这道日本豆腐蔬菜东粉汤的色彩。

After serving, add some corianders and fried bean curds to enhance the color presentation of this Japanese Tofu Vege Vermicelli Soup.
