En un recipiente colocamos una parte de la harina y la otra parte la reservamos para ir agregándola poco a poco, le incorporamos el puré de auyama, les aconsejo no lo agreguen todo, es mejor ir poco a poco, ya que él contiene mucha agua y si nos pasamos debemos agregar mucha harina para hacerlo manejable. Agregamos un poquito de sal y amasamos hasta que todo esté bien integrado, dejamos reposar la masa para que la harina se hidrate. Luego la amasamos y la estiramos formando tiras del mismo grosor, con el fin de que tengan el mismo tamaño y se cocinen al mismo tiempo. Para darles forma me ayudé con el tenedor, pero por supuesto se necesita práctica para que queden bonitos, le di forma a una porción, el resto solo los corte del mismo tamaño jejeje.
