I got a call from some one (Jasmine from Speed Doc) who said they are assigned by MOH to check on my status, I find it hard to believe suspecting it is a scam call. She claim someone tried to contact me at around 11am yesterday. However, I checked and told her based on my call log, nobody called me then. She looked at the records she received from MOH and realised MOH mixed up the phone number and my NRIC numbers. MOH also gave them a wrong PCR swab date for me. So, it is difficult to not suspect it is a scam call when you have not been contacted by the authority and received a call out if the blue from someone unknown. The matter was made worst by MOH mishandling of my personal data and we don't know if these have affected lots of necessary care for other people. For me, I just have a few more days to D10 but if I receive another call from someone claiming to be for telemedicine purpose, I still have to worry if it is a scam call. How to trust MOH?Later, the doctor sent a message and called. I told him, the sore throat and running nose were quite clear but still have a bit of cough and phlegm. He said he would prescribe the medicine and someone would deliver.
