Word has it then my current team in the temp job will move to HarbourFront. My contract ends in the first week of October but I heard the move can be as early as mid-September though I seriously think someone is overly optimistic but the process of negotiating and signing the lease, furnishing the place, setting up the infrastructure (H2O supplies, wifi et al). Anyway, I have not been to Vivo City for a while and HarbourFront was just need to it. So, I decided to go check things out. I parked on the 3rd floor of Vivo City.

Just inside the mall was the entrance to the monorail to Sentosa.

一进商场里面就是去圣淘沙的单轨列车入口。

A bit further was this rather large food court.

远一点就是这个相当大的食阁。

The mall quite crowded.

商场相当多人。

I walked over to HarbourFront. This local coffee place is closed. I hoped if I move to here, it will at least be opened on weekdays.

我走到港湾。这个本地咖啡店没开。我希望如果我搬来这里，它至少会在工作日开。

Here is the first building.

这是第一座办公楼。

I wondered if people sit here on weekdays.

我想，平日会不会有人坐在这里。

The next building is tower 2 where the cable car goes through and where the new workplace maybe.

隔壁就是第二办公楼，其中缆车穿过的。这就是可能新工作地点。

Here is the entrance to the office tower.

From the side of the building, I tried to see the cable car on the other side.

There is 7-eleven at a corner. I hope lunch and dinner are still provided so I won't have to go into here that often.

Further in closer to the back of the building, I can see the cable cars.

At the side, there is another entrance to where you would purchase tickets to ride in the cable car.

This place is a little further than the current workplace but at least it is sheltered all the way from the MRT train station and there is not as much upslope path to walk. That's important because the work shift timing will change and we are not provided with taxi fares both ways anymore.
