Hoy les preparé una deliciosa **Jugo de Parchita, Zanahoria, Remolacha y apio** con beneficios invaluables para tu salud. Me animé en preparar esta combinación de esta fruta combinado de Hortalizas saludables, las cuales contienen muchas vitaminas y muchas bondades. Un licuado super potente para el sistema inmunológico. La verdad que me encanta la parchita, la consumo frecuentemente, pues este fruto lo obtengo de mi planta que tengo en mi patio. **La Parchita** es una fruta que me encanta desde niña mi madre me prepraba mucho este jugo junto con la remolacha, para combatir mi anemia, ya que es rico en antioxidantes, vitaminas del complejo B, calcio, hierro, fosforo, sodio y potasio. **El Apio** es una hortaliza depurativo y digestivo, rico en vitamina C y b9, Tambien tiene mucha fibra que uso mucho para mis ensaladas, sopas y jugos, no tiene un sabor fuerte más bien aromático. **La Zanahoria** la consumo como en comidas saladas como dulces, combinar los jugos con este vegetal es excelente opción, contiene muchas propiedades como vitamina C, A, ácido fólico y minerales como el potasio, hierro y magnesio, posee propiedades antiinflamatorias,mucha fibra, la cual te ayuda a tener un mejor tránsito intestinal. > I decided to prepare this combination of this fruit combined with healthy vegetables, which contain many vitamins and many goodness. Paso a paso| Step by step.

1.- Para preparar esta bebida rápida, primero desinfectamos las frutas. Seguidamente abrimos la parchita y extraemos la pulpa, agregamos en un envace. > To prepare this quick drink, first disinfect the fruits. Then we open the parchita and extract the pulp, add it in a container.

3.- Al tener todos los ingredientes listos, procedemos a liciar primero la parchita, solo licué unos segundos y con la ayuda de un colador extraje las semillas. > Once all the ingredients are ready, we proceed to licify first the parchita, I only liquefied it for a few seconds and with the help of a strainer I extracted the seeds.

4.- Luego agregamos el jugo de parchita, junto a los demás ingredientes y el azúcar, licuamos lo necesario y listo, si preferimos lo colamos, sino solo agregar el hielo y a disfrutarlo. > Then add the parchita juice, along with the other ingredients and sugar, blend as much as necessary and ready, if we prefer to strain it, but just add the ice and enjoy it.
