I'm still not sure about the exact definition of this genre of photography. I repeat: what is now stealing your attention, what you are passionate about, then you study it at this moment in time. And according to this criterion, you can determine at what stage of development you are.
I have been studying the varieties of graphics in photography for a long time.
And I just can't understand what exactly attracts me to it.
Apparently, I have not yet reached this level and I still need to work on it.
If, of course, I collect all the material on the topic of graphics and choose the best, you will get an interesting series of pictures.
On my blog, I always show all the way from start to finish, including walk-through frames.
My goal is not only to share my successes, but also knowledge.
After walking and taking these photos, I caught a cold and fell ill (now
everything is in order). It seemed to me then that it was a sign that there was no need to shoot such nonsense.
Maybe it was just a coincidence, but I thought...again about my frequencies and measurements. I am now doing statistics and analytics of everything around.
And I noticed that photography in this genre greatly changes the perception of everything around, trains the vision of color, composition, hidden elements.
Taking pictures in this style helps to see geometry, drawing, rhythms, lines in the ordinary surrounding landscape.
Photography is always a search.
Photography is often an experiment or an embodiment of thought.
My work is not perfect - I can see it myself. But this is the search.
The workout consists of walking around the same places.
But this does not help to find something new, some elements, but simply every time it changes the point of view, the angle of perception of the same place, changes the attitude towards it.
From training, you pump yourself, that is, you raise the level of your vibrations to a higher one, and from this you already begin to pay attention to completely different details, or to the same, but from a different angle.
And over time, you will find yourself on the same frequency as the reference photographers of this genre.
And with a trained eye, you will still have access to new horizons in other genres.
It's like passing a game, gradually discovering terrain, maps.
Sometimes such enlightenment overtakes that everything becomes too simple.
The structure of the world seems so elementary that it’s even funny...but we don’t pay attention to it.
Photography is also so simple, but the interest in it does not disappear from this. After all, to reach the level when everything seems simple is not easy!
But enlightenment is minute. As if in the middle of the night you woke up, looked around and then plunged into sleep.
The genre of photography, the graphic urban cityscape, is sometimes useful: with the help of it, you can capture dilapidated wooden housing that is a thing of the past.
