Content cavity

Brace yourselves, it's "quality content" bashing time again! what's a pleb gonna do in these dark times of market pull backs, except for finding an inanimate punching bag that is also slightly controversial for good measure. I know, I know, there is some good quality stuff posted on Hive, if you can find it of course; but I'm meme-ing more on those that say the main reason for using the blockchain is to consume content.

According to penguin pablo's daily Hive stats there are around 14.000 accounts that are making at least one transaction (comment, post, vote, etc) per day, and this number has been pretty consistent if you look back. Lets say those are the active users on the chain, I'd be curious to see how many of those would stick around if the crypto side of things would be pulled out of the equation.

Of course there are those very "special" individuals that enjoy all sorts of "exotic" content, and there is nothing wrong with that. I mean staring into empty boxes can be very interesting sometimes, it gives you time to ponder on the hidden meaning of content while you are looking at literal empty content and you can go all philosophical and stuff from there. I always knew cats where low key deep thinkers :)
