***MANOS A LA OBRA***

Primero debemos preparar nuestro litro de leche en agua tibia, al tenerla lista procedemos a desmenuzar los panes y los incorporamos a la leche para hacer con esto una especie de pasta.

First we must prepare our liter of milk in warm water, when we have it ready we proceed to crumble the breads and incorporate them into the milk to make a kind of pasta with this.

Mientras dejamos que nuestro pan se hidrate en la leche, vamos batiendo las claras hasta optener el punto de nieve, para esto le vamos incorporando el azucar poco a poco.

While we let our bread hydrate in the milk, we are beating the whites until reaching the point of snow, for this we are incorporating the sugar little by little.

Al tener nuestras claras batidas al punto de nieve, le agrgamos de a poco las yemas de los huevos mientras seguimos mezclando.

By having our whites beaten to the point of snow, we add the egg yolks little by little while we continue mixing.

En este punto ya deberiamos tener nuestros panes totalmente rehidratados y haber obtenido una especie de masa, hecho asi solo debemos ir agregando la mezcla de huevos mientras mezclamos suavemente y asi unimos todo.

At this point we should have our breads fully rehydrated and have obtained a kind of dough, done so we just have to add the mixture of eggs while we mix gently and thus unite everything.

Despues de tener todo unido, tomamos una tortera y la acaramelamos y en ella agregamos la mezcla anterior.

After having everything together, we take a tortera and caramelize it and in it we add the previous mixture.

En mi caso la cocine a baño maria por 40 minutos, hasta que estuvo listo, lo servi y a comer.

In my case, I cooked it in a bain-marie for 40 minutes, until it was ready, I served it and to eat.
