Un cordial saludo para todos los miembros de este gran espacio llamado Hive, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un nuevo post.
Creo que muchas veces hemos escuchado la palabra Momia, en mi caso cuando escucho esta palabra siempre me viene a la mente una famosa película de terror, donde el principal villano es aquel que vuelve a la vida y es denominado como la momia. Sin embargo, las momias son mucho mas que una película, ya que ellas en realidad existen y son preservadas mayormente en museos.
Pero porque estos seres que ya fallecieron son denominados como Momia, la realidad es que el titulo de momia los llevan aquellos cuerpos sin vida que se preservan por mucho tiempo, y cuando digo mucho tiempo en realidad es mucho tiempo, digamos unos cientos de años.
Por esto hoy me inspiro en ellas para crear un arte corporal, el cual es mayormente basado en la momificación egipcia, ya que aquí presento un rostro con muchos vendajes, pero para agregarle un poco de terror, trato de expresar como a tomado vida nuevamente.

I believe that many times we have heard the word Mummy, in my case when I hear this word always comes to mind a famous horror movie, where the main villain is the one who comes back to life and is called the mummy. However, mummies are much more than a movie, since they actually exist and are preserved mostly in museums.
But why these deceased beings are called mummy, the reality is that the title of mummy are those lifeless bodies that are preserved for a long time, and when I say long time is actually a long time, let's say a few hundred years.
So today I am inspired by them to create a body art, which is mostly based on the Egyptian mummification, as here I present a face with many bandages, but to add a little terror, I try to express how it has come to life again.
Para hacer esta pintura seguí estos sencillos pasos.
To make this painting I followed these simple steps.
-Primero, dibujo con un marcador lo que sera esta aterradora Momia.
-First, draw with a marker what this terrifying Mummy will look like.
-Segundo, pinto algunos segmentos de la Momia, Eso siempre me ayuda a visualizar el final de la pintura.
-Second, I paint some segments of the Mummy, that always helps me to visualize the end of the painting.
-Tercero, termino de pintar y agrego algunos detalles, como ven así luce esta elegante y terrorífica Momia.
-Third, I finish painting and add some details, as you can see how this elegant and terrifying Mummy looks.
