La semana pasada fui a la playa y me he estado aplicando cremas faciales para el cuidado, el día de hoy les voy a enseñar como podemos cuidar nuestra piel después de ir a la playa, es fundamental cuidar nuestro rostro durante y después de ir al mar.

Luego que vamos al mar nuestra piel se reseca lo cual pierde colágeno y elastina, estos 2 factores son necesarios para que la piel se mantenga hidratada y con elasticidad, para recuperar esos componentes tenemos que utilizar productos que lo contengan.

PASOS

1.PASO (Gel Aloe Vera): Este gel nos ayudará a desinflamar, hidratar y calma la piel de los rayos del sol, lo aplicamos en puntitos creando una cruz y esparcimos el producto hacia la dirección de los músculos

2.PASO (Crema Humectante): En este caso utilicé una de Rosa Mosqueta que contiene colágeno y vitamina E, ayudando a prevenir arrugas, nutre, humecta y protege la piel del envejecimiento prematuro, la crema humectante nos ayudará a reponer los aceites naturales de la piel

3.PASO (Crema Hidratante): Esta crema en particular contiene elastina que es uno de los componentes que la piel necesita, la crema hidratante nos ayudará a proporcionarle al rostro el agua que le hace falta

4.PASO (Contorno de Ojos): Aplicar contorno de ojos es fundamental ya que es una piel súper fina y es más propensa de padecer líneas de expresión, siempre utilizo la de Zoah que suaviza, reafirma, mejora la restauración celular, reduce y cubre visiblemente bolsas y ojeras, previene y combate manchas y líneas de expresión

5.PASO (Cápsula de Vitamina E): Esta vitamina es muy utilizada en los productos de belleza gracias a sus grandes beneficios, la vitamina E nos ayuda a difuminar cicatrices, proteger la piel de los rayos solares y antioxidante, esta vitamina la aplico como último paso ya que ayudará a retirar la piel muerta ocasionada por el sol

STEPS

STEP 1 (Aloe Vera Gel): This gel will help us to reduce inflammation, moisturize and soothe the skin from the sun's rays, we apply it in small dots creating a cross and spread the product in the direction of the muscles.

STEP 2 (Moisturizing Cream): In this case I used a Rosehip cream that contains collagen and vitamin E, helping to prevent wrinkles, nourishes, moisturizes and protects the skin from premature aging, the moisturizing cream will help us to replenish the natural oils of the skin.

STEP 3 (Moisturizing Cream): This particular cream contains elastin which is one of the components that the skin needs, the moisturizer will help us to provide the face with the water it needs.

4.STEP (Eye Contour): Applying eye contour is essential as it is a super thin skin and is more prone to expression lines, I always use Zoah's which softens, firms, improves cell restoration, reduces and visibly covers bags and dark circles, prevents and fights spots and expression lines.

STEP 5 (Vitamin E capsule): This vitamin is widely used in beauty products thanks to its great benefits, vitamin E helps us to fade scars, protect the skin from sun rays and antioxidant, I apply this vitamin as a last step as it will help remove dead skin caused by the sun.
