Hello, how are you? Since I missed doing body art, today I'm sharing a makeup I did on my left hand (victim of my creative experiments) an optical illusion makeup that resembles loose and woven fingers. I really liked the result and I hope you do too! Here I share the process.
Hola, ¿que tal? Como extrañaba un poco hacer arte corporal, el día de hoy comparto un maquillaje que realicé en mi mano izquierda (victima de mis experimentos creativos) un maquillaje de ilusión óptica que asemeja dedos sueltos y tejidos. Me gustó mucho el resultado y espero que a ustedes también! Aquí comparto el proceso.
PROCESS/PROCESO
1.- As a first step I took an eyeliner brush to set the path I was going to paint on my hand. I took a cream concealer in my own skin tone but with a cool undertone and blended it a bit with a white concealer that was considerably more "liquid" than the previous one. The idea of this project, as I mentioned earlier, is to create an effect of fingers crumbling between fabrics, so I created lines that resembled woven cords.
1.- Como primer paso tomé un pincel delineador para establecer el camino que iba a pintar en mi mano. Tomé un corrector en crema en mi misma tonalidad de piel pero con subtono frío y la mezclé un poco con un corrector blanco que era considerablemente más "líquido" que el anterior. La idea de este proyecto, coomo lo mencioné anteriormente es crear un efecto de dedos desmenbrados entre tejidos, así que creé líneas que semejaran cordones tejidos.
2.- Using the same brush but wiping it on a napkin, I outlined the cords in black.
2.- Usando el mismo pincel pero limpiandolo en una servilleta, delineé los cordones de negro.
3.- Taking a less precise flat brush, I finished filling in all the areas that I wanted to be black.
3.- Tomando una brocha plana menos precisa terminé de rellenar todas las zonas que deseaba que se encontraran en negro.
4.- In this case I used a cotton swab to remove the concealer that was left all over the middle of my skin, which lost some of the initial shape and removed the black paint.
4.- En este caso usé un hisopo para remover el corrector que habia quedado en todo el medio de mi piel.Haciendolo perdió un poco de la forma inicial y removí la pintura negra.
5.- Using several more swabs and make-up remover, I was again arranging the black areas, plus I took some black and brown with a brush and added shadows and dimension to give a realistic effect.
5.- Usando varios hisopos más y desmaquillante fui acomodando de nuevo las zonas negras, además tomé un poco de negro y marrón con una brocha y agregando sombras y dimensión para dar un efecto realista.
