Hello, how are you beauties?! My name is Alejandro and this time I want to share with you something unexpected 😱 A little bird told me that a great friend (@josehany) was doing a makeup challenge related to an anime that was an important part of my childhood: Pokemon. - And I obviously couldn't stop participating.
I know very well that many people will be surprised, because I have repeatedly joked and criticized a lot of content on Hive, for example selfies (without anything else) ... however, makeup and even cosplay is something that I have always liked it (like all otaku does), also, as long as a publication is well done and transmits effort, I will be the first to applaud it.
This time I want to share my Make Up Challenge 😗 wanting to also serve as an example for all those men who would love to be able to do these things without fear of being mocked.
For this project I decided to use Pikachu as inspiration and look for some reference images on the internet (I am not a makeup artist or anything like that), I also had the help of my beautiful and talented cousin @agathalara 😎 who assisted me with her little hands so that my makeup was as good as possible.

Mi nombre es Alejandro y en esta ocasión quiero compartirles algo inesperado 😱 Me contó un pajarito que una gran amiga (@josehany) estaba haciendo un reto de maquillaje relacionado con una serie que formó parte importante de mi infancia: Pokemon. - Y yo obviamente no podía dejar de participar.
Se muy bien que mucha gente se sorprenderá, debido a que en reiteradas ocasiones he bromeado y realizado criticas sobre mucho contenido en Hive, por ejemplo las selfies (sin nada mas)... sin embargo, el maquillaje y hasta el cosplay es algo que siempre me ha gustado (como a todo otaku), ademas, siempre que una publicación esté bien hecha y transmita esfuerzo, seré el primero en aplaudirla.
En esta ocasión quiero compartirles mi MakeUp challenge 😗 queríendo servir tambien como ejemplo para todos esos hombres que amarian poder hacer estas cosas sin temor a la burla.
Para este proyecto decidí utilizar a Pikachu como inspiración y buscar algunas imagenes referenciales en internet (no soy un maquillador ni nada por el estilo), ademas conté con la ayuda de mi hermosa y talentosa prima @agathalara 😎 quien me asistió con sus manitas para que mi maquillaje quedase lo mejor posible.
😎 Así empezamos, con mucha esperanza.

😎 Comenzamos aplicando una pasta diabolica llamada "base", creo.
😎 We start by applying a devilish paste called "base", I think.
😎 Ponemos algo de sombra en nuestros parpados, para darle contraste a nuestro bello diseño.
😎 We put some shadow on our eyelids, to give contrast to our beautiful design.
😎 En este punto ya empezamos a vernos guapos.
😎 At this point we are already starting to look handsome.
😎 Este rayo y el color amarillo ya nos recuerda mucho mas al mejor Pokemon del mundo.
😎 This lightning bolt and the yellow color already reminds us much more of the best Pokemon in the world.
😎 Lo primero es recogerse el cabello.
😎 The first thing is to collect your hair.
😎 Lo siguiente que hacemos es huntar esa "base" en nuestra piel hasta que todo quede parejo y bonito, como yo.
😎 The next thing we do is sink that "base" into our skin until everything is even and beautiful, like me.
😎 Y seguimos aplicando sombra hasta que nuestros ojos estén ardiendo.
😎 And we keep applying shadow until our eyes are burning.
😎 Hemos terminado la primera parte, pero ahora falta lo mas importante... ¡Pikachu!
😎 We have finished the first part, but now the most important thing is missing ... Pikachu!
😎 Pero terminamos con las caracteristicas iconicas de Pikachu, su nariz y sus cachetes rojos!
😎 But we end with the iconic characteristics of Pikachu, his nose and red cheeks!
And with this we finish our beloved character, as an extra I must say that my clothes are also inspired by the colors of Pikachu, the yellow of his body (in my shirt) and the brown of the lines of his back (in my sweater).
I hope with all my heart that you liked this post as much as I did, it was without a doubt a fun experience that I will be happy to repeat, as long as @agathalara wants to continue helping me 👀 I will have to help her buy more makeup.
Y con esto terminamos a nuestro querido personaje, como extra debo decir que mi ropa tambien está inspirada en los colores de Pikachu, el amarillo de su cuerpo (en mi camiseta) y el marron de las lineas de su espalda (en mi sueter).
Espero de todo corazon que este post les haya gustado tanto como a mi hacerlo, fue sin duda una experiencia divertida que estaré feliz de repetir, siempre que @agathalara me quiera seguir ayudando 👀 tendré que ayudarla a comprar mas maquillaje.
