## Bienvenidos a mi blog! Como ya les he contado yo amo hacer postrecitos en casa que sean sencillos de hacer para disfrutarlos rápido. Hoy les daré dos formas de hacer marquesas en casa, yo las llamo tortas frías. 🍓🍓🍓🍓 La primera que haremos es una de fresas 🍓🍓🍓🍓
## Ingredientes que vamos a utilizar: - 320 gr de leche condensada - 185 gr de crema de leche - 3 paqueticos de galletas de leche - 2 paquetes de galleta de soda - 200 gr de fresas.

Agregamos a la licuadora toda la leche condensada, la crema de leche y las fresas. Reservaré unas fresas para la decoración. Todo esto lo licuamos durante tres minutos, que se integre bien y espese un poco.

Con esta mezcla vamos a hacer capas alternando con galletas. Primero mezcla y luego galletas hasta llegar a la parte de arriba.

Esta mezcla me quedó bastante ligera pero si la dejamos enfriar bien ella se pone más firme.

Decoramos con unas fresitas picadas y llevamos a refrigerar mínimo tres horas. Aquí en mi casa estaba mi amigo Angel y espero como dos horas para comer,así que aún estaba blanda. Pero debo decir que deliciosa.

## 🍒🍒🍒 Marquesa de pudín y cerezas🍒🍒🍒: ## Ingredientes que vamos a necesitar: - 1 litro de leche - una caja de pudín de fresa y arequipe - galletas de leche - cerezas.

Cada cajita de pudín la haremos con una taza grande de agua.Vamos a diluir el polvo en la leche y la pondremos a hervir. Cuando ya hierva y esté un poco más espeso apagaremos para hacer nuestra torta fría. Esta es mi favorita, quedan muy deliciosas.

Vamos a poner una capa de pudín de arequipe, luego de galletas, de nuevo de pudín de fresa y otra de galletas.

Capa tras capa hasta que se termine la mezcla. Luego agregué unas cerecitas que tenía en la nevera y lo llevé a la nevera como cuatro horas antes de comerlo.

Muy sencilla y queda super deliciosa, también la puedes hacer en vasitos para comerla por porciones o para una reunión.
