Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | Deep Fried Mandocas

Hi friends of @hive

Today I prepared for the first time, a Zulian recipe from western Venezuela, given to me by my friend Maracucha, it is the Mandocas, their texture is similar to that of Venezuelan empanadas and you can distinguish them wherever you go by the petal or teardrop shape they have when cooked. They can be eaten for breakfast, as an appetizer or as a snack at any time.
