I was just browsing through the communities and stumbled across the @qurator community and noticed "Smoke" I instantly thought of burnouts which are held in the capital state of Australia in Canberra, they have what you call a Summernats, which is an annual car festival held in Canberra, that has been going on since 1987. Every year in early January they have a gathering here of the best of the best Street Machines Cars, thousands of dollars are put in to these Street Machine Cars.
This event which is held over these 3 days is not only about the boys bringing there street machines here to be judged for the best street machine prizes, they also had events going on, in who can do the biggest smokey burnouts and cash prizes are given and a glorify trophy in who did the nastiest smokey burnout. Here is where all the petrol heads like me could show up to perform our best skills at smokey up rubber without been pulled over by cops and having our cars confiscated, wild times take place here no rules.
They even had the colorful smoke-ups in yellow, red, pink, blue or orange for the girls.
When the event is over after 3 days of sucking up all that smokey burning rubber and fumes, if that wasn't enough just about everyone leaving the grounds of the car park had to leave a little smoke and rubber behind as there trademark, this is were everyone thought they were all masters at doing smokey burnouts.
By the time everyone had left the car park the street was no longer to be seen was just like a full on misty foggy morning and after the smoke had cleared away the cleaners would come along to shovel up all the rubber left behind to be recycled.
This made me laugh, I could not believe this young girl standing there videoing these cars coming out of the car park, she was not only inhaling all the smoking burning rubber but she was also smoking a cigarette on top of all that, what a great set of lungs she must have and you could hardly see her towards the end in all that mist of smokey burning rubber :)
