Qurator's Photo Quest | Bokeh

These are some abstract pictures for my entry to the this week's Qurator's Photo Contest.

They were a result of an experiment done while photographing a fountain.
The goal was to achieve the bokeh effect.

I have to admit that as a photographer, as well as as a person, I am more interested in the informative side of things than in their artistic value. When I travel (and these photos were taken during a trip), I take informative photos, not artistic ones.
However, this experiment was encouraged then by my boyfriend, who is a professional photographer and carries the artistry and aesthetics in his soul (obviously, unlike me 🤭)

Pictures were taken with Canon EOS 700D

Hive.jpgSoul's Detour is a project started by me years ago when I had a blog about historical and not so popular tourist destinations in Eastern Belgium, West Germany and Luxembourg. Nowadays, this blog no longer exists, but I'm still here - passionate about architecture, art and mysteries and eager to share my discoveries and point of view with you.
