Qurator's Photo Quest | Pink

The very word of pink reminds me of baby pink, especially baby dresses for girls. The photos being posted here, are different colours of pink, captured at different intervals of time from my own garden.

Most commonly called as garden rose. It smells like a perfume. While in bunches, it attracts butterflies and small bees. The best manure is strained tea leaf with egg shells and onion skin.

This is called as 9'O clock flower in our place. Otherwise called as Moss rose. Mostly they are in pots. They grow in a bush blooming seasonally.

They belong to the family of petunias. It blooms throughout the year, making the garden colourful. As the stem is tender, it gets rotten due to incessant rainfall.

When googled, it showed the scientific name as Pentas Lanceolata. Also called as Egyptian starcluster. When taken care, it blooms every now and then. It is displayed in variety of colours.
