School condition after lockdown

As we all know that covid-19 hit each and every part of the globe. Due to the pendemic schools remained closed for almost more than a year now. My father retired from the post of the principal on july 2020. And the lockdown that was imposed in india was by 22nd March,2020. From then to now, schools didn't opened at all. Can you imagine the scenerio of the compound after this time gap?

Though my father retired from school but some of his construction work was pending which he couldn't complete because of the lockdown during 2020. So today he and two workers went to the school to finish the remaining work.

As soon as i entered inside the compound and started moving forward, grasses reach passed my ankle of the foot. I was careful because of huge population of snakes in the area. Also this is the season when snakes comes out of their holes as it gets filled up by water.

Here are some snaps that i took

When we saw the condition of the water tank we were completely shocked. Grasses grown all around the place

Though my father and the workers cleaned the places but if schools won't open soon they gonna keep growing and may damage the school construction.

Hope everything ends and life comes back to normal. But what l I'm seeing by now, its veey difficult to get back to life that we used to live before.
