Hive Top Chef: Black Bean Brownie

image.png

As we all know, beans are a great source of protein, in addition to containing many vitamins, this time I decided to do something unusual, I am a pastry chef, and I thought ... why not make a dessert with beans. This type of bean is very common in South America, it is consumed in stews, in creams but not in desserts.
I tell you that it is super delicious, creamy, and with a very addictive flavor.
