Cajun chicken is a dish that is easy to cook and takes little time to prepare, but its flavor is sure to please your taste buds. This recipe is perfect for those days when you feel lazy to cook but still want a quick but delicious and nutritious dish.

Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts
- Cajun seasoning
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Cabbage and carrot
- Mayonnaise
Cooking Steps
Step 1: Slice the chicken breast lengthwise in half. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, a pinch of salt and olive oil. Rub the spices all over the chicken slices, then let it rest for 5 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
Step 2: Spread the chicken breasts on the foil and place in the air fryer ( you can also cook on pan-fry or grill in the oven). Cook at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes then turn the breasts over and cook another 5 minutes.
Step 3: When waiting for the chicken to be cooked, finely cut the cabbage and carrot to make side salad
Serve
Cajun chicken is served with side salad and mayonnaise. The chicken is juicy with full flavor of Cajun spice and the salad perfectly add the crunchiness to the dish, which will surely whet your appetite.
