Hello, @ qurator and team greetings🙏here is my entry for qurator's hive top-chef avocado.The Avocado-Tuna salad.
Avocado with tuna.
Ingredients:
2 avocadoes
1 medium-size onion
1 small canned tuna.1/2 cup
10 slices of pickled cucumber.
1 lime
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tsp black pepper.
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp mustard.
Chopped onion. cucumber, juiced lime.
Mix lime juice, oil, salt, black pepper, chopped chives, and mustard. This is the dressing for salad.
mix chopped onion, cucumber(pickled), and tuna. add the dressing.
Cut the avocado and take away the stone.
Scoop out the avocado and mash it roughly with a fork then stir it into the tuna mixture, the avocado turns brown very quickly even when using extra lime juice.
Here is our Avocado Tuna salad using homemade bread and some extra vegetables with it for lunch.
