Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! | From the oven

Hello, @qurator greetings🙏.here is my entry for the hive top-chef contest from the oven. I made the fish and vegetable pie for dinner.

The ingredients:
350 grams pollack filet
1 medium size chopped onion
2 sticks of celery
1 chopped red bell pepper
100 grams broccoli tops chopped
2 carrots grated
3 spring onions chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp chives chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tbsp parsley
5 small cooked potatoes.
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 eggs

Heat the oil in the pan and save 1/4 spoon for the oiling pan. add thyme, garlic and onion saute it for 2 minutes add all vegetables stir them in the onion add salt and black pepper. cover and keep on low heat. (around 4-5 minutes.)

In the bowl add cooked grated potatoes add eggs, salt, pepper chives, parsley mix it adding 1/3 cup of water. add corn starch.

now our batter is ready. shape baking paper to fit the cake pan and oil it.

add sauteed vegetables to the batter and mix it thoroughly. pour half the batter in the pan. next put a layer of the fish filets and lastly spread the rest of batter on it. bake at 180c for 40 minutes.

Using a cake pan and baking paper makes it easy to keep the pie firm. remove the paper and enjoy the meal with some salad.
