| Март – у нас это месяц на стыке зимы и весны. Относится он к календарной весне. Но зима весь март отчаянно сражается, заметает метелями и примораживает. | March is the month at the junction of winter and spring. It refers to the calendar spring. But winter fights desperately throughout March, swept by snowstorms and freezes. |
| Эти фотографии я сделал 6 марта. Температура была выше нуля (по Цельсию), но мела метель. Пока я стояла в пробке на дороге, на окнах машины можно было наблюдать зимне-весеннее сражение. Снег на окнах быстро таял, превращаясь в капли воды. Но можно было успеть и снежинки рассмотреть. Я выключила дворники, пока стояла. И через минуту на лобовом стекле была такая снежно-дождливая картина. | I took these photos on March 6th. The temperature was above zero (Celsius), but there was a snowstorm. While I was in a traffic jam on the road, one could watch the winter-spring battle on the windows of the car. The snow on the windows quickly melted, turning into drops of water. But it was possible to have time to see the snowflakes. I turned off the wipers while I was standing. And a minute later there was such a snowy and rainy picture on the windshield. |

| Ещё через пару минут наверху лобового стекла снежинки, напоённые водой, сложились в такую странную мозаику. | A couple of minutes later, at the top of the windshield, snowflakes filled with water formed such a strange mosaic. |
| А потом, наконец, открыли железнодорожный переезд, я расчистила дворниками всю эту красоту и поехала домой. | And then finally opened the railroad crossing, I turned on the wipers, cleared all this beauty and went home. |
