| В Свято-Преображенском монастыре в Муроме я побывала во время круиза по Оке. Небольшой зоопарк, в котором были в основном птицы, я рассматривала с большим интересом. В Муроме нет своего городского зоопарка. Родители с детьми приходят в монастырь, чтобы увидеть разных птиц, овечек и ослика. Я была там в 2019 году. Многих птиц, увиденных там, я уже показывала. | I visited the Holy Transfiguration Monastery in Murom during a cruise on the Oka River. I looked at the small zoo, which had mostly birds, with great interest. Murom does not have its own city zoo. Parents with children come to the monastery to see different birds, sheep and a donkey. I was there in 2019. I have already shown many of the birds seen there. |

| Ослик Моисей жил в монастыре с 2013 года. В 2019-ом, когда я его сфотографировала, он болел, ему делали операцию. Потому, наверное, он и выглядит таким грустным. | Moses the Donkey has lived in the monastery since 2013. In 2019, when I photographed him, he was ill and underwent surgery. That's probably why he looks so sad. |
| Дальнейшая его история очень печальная. В холодном декабре 2021 года ослик Моисей умер. Из-за морозов его не смогли отвезти, чтобы захоронить. Автомобиль сломался по дороге. Люди заметили на обочине в снегу окоченевшего ослика. Разразился скандал. Монастырских служащих обвинили в жестокости, утверждая, что Моисей был ещё жив. Полиция проводила расследование и пришла к выводу, что ослик умер от болезни, а накладка произошла при транспортировке уже умершего животного. | His subsequent story is very sad. In cold December 2021, Moses the donkey died. Because of the frost, they could not take him to bury him. The car broke down on the road. People noticed a frozen donkey on the side of the road in the snow. A scandal broke out. The monastery officials were accused of cruelty, claiming that Moses was still alive.
