Firstly before you start thinking of doing fried bananas, you need to understand that only certain type of bananas can be fried and not all bananas can be fried. So here I have this banana that is common in Malaysia to be used for making 'pisang goreng' or 'fried bananas'. I have no idea what is the name but it look like this.

'2. Combine all the above ingredients except the bananas. Add water and mix well. Don't worry about the runny batter. The dough must be thin enough so that the flour mixture can nicely stick on the banana.
