Hola amigos de Hive y @encuentrodetalentos, bienvenidos a mi Blog, soy @yelimarin y hoy me sumo a la iniciativa de la semana relacionada con los "Proyectos".
Siempre he creído que para todo en la vida debe existir un proyecto, una planificación, un orden y así todo fluye positivamente. Me considero una mujer llena de proyectos.
Ahora mismo en Hive llevo a cabo un proyecto universitario, dónde trabajamos en impulsar la Blockchain de Hive, el cual inicié con mi compañera Nathaly Ortiz.

I have always believed that for everything in life there must be a project, a planning, an order and so everything flows positively. **I consider myself a woman full of projects.
Right now in Hive I am carrying out a university project, where we are working on promoting the Hive Blockchain, which I started with my partner Nathaly Ortiz.
Desde esa idea nos proyectamos a seguir creciendo, a seguir sumando y es cuando nos planteamos el crear una comunidad como la que tenemos actualmente de Hive Monagas.
Nuestro proyecto universitario se basa de dar a conocer en los jóvenes y profesores las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas basadas en web 3 y tecnología blockchain.
Es por eso, que durante las conferencias hacemos un pequeño introductorio de lo que fue la web 1 hasta ahora y explicamos desde cero lo relacionado con el tema, como
saber que es una blockchain, una criptomoneda, entre otras cosas, para luego adentrarnos a lo que es Hive y el universo de oportunidades que nos presenta.

Luego de las conferencias recopilamos una lista de las personas interesadas, las contactamos y les damos clases de Hive desde cero, para que así su estadía en el ecosistema sea de provecho.
Los ayudamos a armar sus presentaciones, les creamos sus cuentas y estamos apoyándolos ante cualquier duda que puedan tener.
Al inicio nos dimos cuenta de que la forma de dar a conocer a Hive es educando a la gente, sobre todo a los jóvenes, quienes viven activamente todo este revuelo de las redes sociales y de las plataformas digitalizadas.
After the conferences we compile a list of interested people, contact them and give them Hive classes from scratch, so that their stay in the ecosystem is of benefit.
We help them set up their presentations, we create their accounts and we support them with any questions they may have.
At the beginning we realized that the way to make Hive known is by educating people, especially young people, who are actively living all this commotion of social networks and digitalized platforms.
También queremos que tanto los jóvenes como sus profesores estén a la par de la tecnología y sus avances, es por ello que desde la comunidad de Hive Monagas, desarrollamos el Proyecto "Hive Visita Tu Universidad" y pronto arribaremos a nuestra 4 conferencias que ya tenemos pautada para este mes.
Cuento con un grupo de talentosos compañeros como lo son @nathyortiz y @cibersk8, quienes juntos seguimos apostando al crecimiento y promoción de Hive y de sus aplicaciones descentralizadas.
Nuestro proyecto se basa en la educación, solo así las personas dominarán el término y reconocerán de que se trata al escuchar sobre Hive, dónde podrás formarte como creador de contenido y mostrarle al mundo tus talentos, todos tenemos algo en lo que somos buenos y en la Blockchain de Hive podemos compartirlo.

Uno de los principales potenciales que tiene mi estado es que en Monagas existen 13 universidades distribuidas en los 13 municipios, entre públicas y privadas, universidades y tecnológicos, y a todas ellas planificamos ir.
Queremos dar a conocer quienes somos y lo que hacemos, y que los nuevos usuarios puedan trabajar en su marca personal y a su vez dentro de Hive desarrollar sus proyectos.
Nuestra meta es seguir sumando y seguir creciendo, cada vez somos más y cada día nos esforzamos por dejar el nombre de la blockchain y de nuestra comunidad bien en alto, se vienen noticias señores, gracias por leerme y será hasta un próximo Encuentro de Talentos.
One of the main potentials that my state has is that in Monagas there are 13 universities distributed in the 13 municipalities, between public and private, universities and technology, and we plan to go to all of them.
We want to make known who we are and what we do, and that new users can work on their personal brand and in turn within Hive develop their projects.
